Refund Policy

Overview  

InterTech Consults Limited is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns.

Eligibility for Refunds  

• Construction Contracts: Refunds are not available once project work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
• Equipment Hire: Refunds are available if cancellation occurs before equipment delivery. Once equipment is delivered, refunds are not offered.
• Building Material Sales: Materials in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not accept returns for used materials.
• Consulting Services: Consultations canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for refunds. No refunds apply once the consultation is completed.
